I. Hanyoyin Marufi
Marufi na Rufewa:
Yi amfani da madaurin ƙarfe ko madaurin nailan don haɗa katakon I bisa ga ƙayyadadden tsari da tsayi don sauƙin lodawa, sauke kaya, da sarrafawa.
Fale-falen Katako/Allunan Batsa:
Sanya pallets ko dummies na katako a ƙarƙashin I-beams ɗin da aka haɗa don hana haɗuwa kai tsaye da ƙasa, don haka hana tsatsa ko tsatsa da danshi.
Matakan Kariya:
Ƙara kariya daga kusurwa ko hannayen riga na filastik a wuraren da ke da rauni (kamar gefuna da fuskokin ƙarshe);
Yi amfani da fim ɗin hana ruwa shiga ko filastik don rufe ƙarfen don hana ruwan sama da danshi haifar da tsatsa.
II. Hanyoyin Sufuri
Sufurin Ƙasa:
Ya dace da sufuri na ɗan gajeren lokaci ko na cikin gida, galibi ana amfani da manyan motoci masu faɗi ko motocin da ba su da gefe.
Tabbatar da an haɗa shi da kyau don hana zamewa ko karkatar da shi yayin jigilar kaya.
Sufurin Jirgin Ƙasa:
Ya dace da jigilar kaya mai nisa da girma; ƙarfin ɗaukar kaya mai ƙarfi da kwanciyar hankali na sufuri mai yawa.
Dole ne a ɗora shi bisa ga ƙa'idodin jigilar jirgin ƙasa, a gyara shi da kyau, kuma a sanya masa kayan kariya.
Sufurin Teku:
Ana amfani da shi don fitarwa ko jigilar kaya ta ƙetare iyaka; ana iya jigilar shi ta cikin kwantena ko manyan kaya.
Yawanci ana buƙatar a haɗa sandunan H, a rufe su da tarpaulins masu hana ruwa shiga, sannan a ɗaure su a cikin ma'ajiyar jirgin don hana matsewa.
III. Gargaɗi
A guji tasirin ko gogayya yayin lodawa da sauke kaya don hana lalacewar saman ƙarfe;
Don jigilar kaya mai nisa, a riƙa duba madaurin da aka haɗa da na'urorin da aka haɗa domin tabbatar da tsaron sufuri;
Ga H-beams da ake jigilar su a wurare na musamman (kamar yankunan bakin teku ko yankunan danshi), ƙarfafa matakan hana tsatsa.
Haɗin gwiwa mai ƙarfi tare da kamfanonin jigilar kaya kamar MSK, MSC, COSCO, sarkar sabis na jigilar kaya, da sarkar sabis na jigilar kaya, mu ne abin da kuke gamsuwa da shi.
Muna bin ƙa'idodin tsarin kula da inganci na ISO9001 a duk matakai, kuma muna da cikakken iko tun daga siyan kayan marufi har zuwa jadawalin jigilar ababen hawa. Wannan yana tabbatar da tasirin H-beam daga masana'anta har zuwa wurin aikin, yana taimaka muku ginawa akan tushe mai ƙarfi don aikin da ba shi da matsala!
T: Waɗanne ƙa'idodi ne ƙarfen H ɗinka ya bi don kasuwannin Tsakiyar Amurka?
A: Kayayyakinmu sun cika ka'idojin ASTM A36, A572 Grade 50, waɗanda aka yarda da su sosai a Tsakiyar Amurka. Haka kuma za mu iya samar da kayayyaki masu dacewa da ƙa'idodin gida kamar NOM na Mexico.
T: Har yaushe ne lokacin isar da kaya zuwa Panama?
A: Jirgin ruwa daga tashar jiragen ruwa ta Tianjin zuwa yankin ciniki na 'yanci na Colon yana ɗaukar kimanin kwanaki 28-32, kuma jimillar lokacin isarwa (gami da samarwa da kuma share kwastam) kwanaki 45-60 ne. Muna kuma bayar da zaɓuɓɓukan jigilar kaya cikin sauri.
